Appointment Policies

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we require minimum of 3 hours notice.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or do not cancel within 3 hours of their appointment will have either

 (a) the equivalent of one full tanning session deducted from their file, or (b) one day removed from their 30-day package, or (c) missed appointment fee.

Appointments can be cancelled  or rescheduled through our Online Booking Service or you may call us at the studio. Thank you for working with us to keep our appointments running smoothly
