• We require a 24 hour wait period between UV sessions (for example: if you tanned today at 3pm, you would have to book at 3pm or later the following day) Any appointments booked within 24 hours of each other will be cancelled.

• Eyewear is mandatory for every tanning session. If you have forgotten or misplaced your goggles, we sell them in the salon.  For hygienic reasons we do not lend out our goggles, we sell single use pairs as well.

• Jewellery is NOT permitted in any of the Tanning Beds, it scratches & damages the acrylic. Please remove all of your jewellery before each session. (Bracelets, chains, watches and rings)

• If this is your first appointment please arrive 10 minutes early. We have a quick form for you to complete, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us.

• Please arrive no more then 5 minutes early for your appointment, our lobby is small and we have limited space & seating.

• Online booking is available up to 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require minimum of 3 hours notice cancel or move your appointment.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or do not cancel within 3 hours of their appointment will have either the equivalent of one full tanning session deducted from their minute package, or a Missed Appointment / Cancellation fee applied to their account. Appointments can be  cancelled through our Online Booking Service 3hrs prior or you may call us at the studio. 

 Any appointments booked within 24 hours of each other will be cancelled.
